- Cut-and-Thrust Sword
- Quite thin, tapered sword with compound hilts suitable for fingered grip.
- Lame
- A narrow strip or plate of steel, sometimes used in armour to provide articulation.

- A support for the lance when couched; this was bolted to the right side of the breastplate and was often hinged.
- Fletching
- Feathers fastened onto the back of an arrow to help it fly straight.
