Cut-and-Thrust Sword
Quite thin, tapered sword with compound hilts suitable for fingered grip.
Lower end
The pointed part of a sword.
Tabard
Similar to a surcoat. Made from front and back parts laced together. Could be tightened or left loose.
Badelaire
Sword with a heavy, curved blade and S-shaped quillions; used during the 16th century.
