- Bardiche
- Alsocalled berdiche. A pollaxe with a long, slightly curved blade, principally used in north-eastern Europe.
- Back
- The no-cutting part opposite the blade. Double-edged swords has no back.
- Longbow
- Archer’s weapon for launching arrows. Draws 30-36 inches and ranges over 300 yards. Very effective vs. unarmed enemies.
- Arming doublet
- Quilted garment worn under armour from the early fifteenth century, equipped with points to attach mail gussets and pieces of armour.
